Tonight’s dinner is Morrisons Meat Free sausages (which conviently are vegan), homemade wedges and some green beans. We had this meal last week. I thought it would be impossible to find some nice tasting vegan sausages after our first attempt but these were lovely and so we had to get them again.
To make my homemade wedges I peeled and chopped two baking potatoes and tossed these in some oil, Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Paprika and Chilli. I love making these as they are so easy to do and yet so tasty to eat!
Such a nice dinner 🙂
