Dinner #32

Tonight we had one Onion Bhaji burger and one Peanut and Avocado burger with homemade sweet potato wedges. I served the burgers up one on a tiger bread bap and the other on two slices of seeded loaf with some sliced tomato (as once again we couldn’t resist and ate the rolls too early).

I found these burgers in Tesco and they sounded so good I was excited to try them 🙂 I wasn’t keen on the peanut and avocado burger it had a strange taste and it was a bit weird having whole peanuts in a burger. The onion bhaji burger had a much nicer taste, however, it had a strange soft consistency. I much prefer the burgers from Morrisons!

For my homemade wedges I tossed chopped sweet potato in a mixture of rice Bran Oil, carob fruit syrup, cumin, paprika and chilli powder, with some salt and pepper. These turned out lovely 🙂

Overall this was a nice dinner 🙂
