Dinner #39

Tonight for dinner we had meat free sausages served with homemade wedges and green beans 🙂 this is a nice quick and easy meal with very little prep – which is a nice break from most days!

For the homemade wedges I chopped up two baking potatoes and tossed these in a mixture of rapeseed oil, chilli powder, paprika and cumin with some salt and pepper. Added this to a tray and cooked for 25 mins. This makes for some really tasty homemade wedges.

These sausages are one of our favourites now and I am planning to take them with us to a family bbq at the end of the month. We will see how they fair then 🙂
