Tonight for dinner we had sweet potato and kale chilli served with some tortilla chips. I decided to add some chilli puree to the mix this time and to add the kale a little sooner in order to soften it a bit more. This worked a treat.
This meal was wholesome and filling with just the right amount of spice. I never knew I would love kale and sweet potato in a chilli so much but it is a lovely combination 🙂
