Dinner #58

Tonight for dinner we had Wholefood Roast with Sage and Onion Gravy served with Homemade Thyme Roasted Potatoes! Our own little mini roast this Sunday 🙂

My partner found this roast in the veggie freezer section of Morrison’s and was keen to give it a go. These mini loaves were made with Sweet potato, pearl barley, spelt, quinoa and pumpkin seed. And they were gorgeous, so full of flavour. They tasted very similar to some nice stuffing!

I decided to serve this up with some homemade thyme roasted potatoes as we loved these when we had them with the Tofu Scramble the other day and some bread and butter 🙂

Overall this was a lovely roast for our Sunday dinner!
