Dinner #64

Tonight for dinner we had homemade Spaghetti Bolognese served with some Garlic Bread.

I muat admit i do love a nice tomato pasta dish and this is no exception. To make the sauce I get off some onion and carrot. Add some spices – tonight I used some cumin, paprika and chilli. Add your meat free mince cook that for approx 5-7 mins. Mix in your Passata and add some salt and pepper and some nutritional yeast for some added thickness and flavour to the sauce.

I love to serve this on somewhat spaghetti alongside some homemade Garlic Bread 🙂 yum yum yum.
