Tonight we had Tofu Stir Fry served with Noodles in a homemade stir fry sauce.
To make this sauce I used brown sugar, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar some red pepper flakes and some flour to thicken the sauce.
I cooked up my tofu in some sesame oil and added my pre-chopped Chinese stir fry veg. Once this had cooked for approx 3 mins I added the noodles and the sauce and cooked for a further 2 mins.
A lovely quick and easy evening meal. The sauce was just right with the perfect amount of sweet and spicy flavour! 🙂
