Dinner #85

Tonight for dinner we had Homemade Vegan Mac n Cheese served with some homemade Garlic Bread! 

To make the cheesy sauce I used the following ingredients; 1 cup potato, 1/4 cup carrot, 1/3 cup onion, 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked for 30 mins), 1/4 cup almond milk, 2tbsp nutritional yeast, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1tsp salt, 1/4tsp garlic powder, pinch of paprika, pinch of cayenne pepper and 1/4tsp djion mustard.

This makes for a lovely creamy and tasty cheesy sauce 🙂 highly recommended.

I served this up with some good old homemade Garlic Bread…heaven!
