Dinner #96

Tonight for dinner we were supposed to be off to the gym and so I had planned to make a really easy dinner for when we returned. Unfortunately my partner hurt his back and so we will not be heading to the gym this evening. This means I get to prepare an easy meal and eat it at a reasonable time 🙂

Tonight’s dinner was Falafel Wraps – you really can’t go wrong with these. Tonight’s versions were made with Mediterranean Wraps, Hummus, Spinach, Tomato, Carrot & Falafel. They were delicious 🙂
