Tonight for dinner we had meat free sausages with homemade potato wedges and some cabbage with shallots on the side.
We were given a lovely cabbage from my grandparents garden and thought this would be the perfect accompliment to this dish. I chopped up some leftover shallots and garlic and fried this with the cabbage. I added some sesame oil towards the end to add to the flavour. This was delicious.
