Tonight for dinner we had homemade Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese served with Garlic Bread. This meal was unfortunately not gluten free but we have been trying to use up what we have left.
I made the Wholewheat Pasta as per the packet instructions. Then my sauce was kind of thrown together. I cooked some red and brown onion with plenty of garlic added some cumin, chilli powder, paprika and some chilli puree. I then added the meat free mince. Some Passat, salt & basil and towards the end added some nutritional yeast for extra flavour and to thicken the sauce.
This was lovely 🙂 I served it up with some homemade Garlic Bread- this stuff is the best!
