Tonight for dinner I made a Jacket Potato served with Beans & Violife Vegan Cheese. I served mine up with a side salad of spinach leaves with chopped tomatoes. This was delicious – I had been looking forward to this one all week!
We picked up some rather large potatoes from Morrisons this week and although they took a while to cook they were lovely a fuffy inside once cooked. I had intended to have jacket sweet potato instead, however, Morrisons had tiny sweet potatoes and I thought they wouldn’t fill us up!
Overall this meal was lovely and filling 🙂
